Franz Rosati develops his artistic production through customized digital technologies, scientific software, and programming environments to generate sounds, moving images, and 3D environments.

All of his works are designed to embody different forms ranging from audiovisual concerts where the narrative structure prevails and where the impetuous, symphonic sound, rich in bass pulses, contributes to increase the cinematic dimension, and to video installations in public spaces where the contemplative nature emerges favoring an immersive experience.

Projects such as Distantia, Latentscape, Map of Null, and Machine & Structure have been presented at important festivals and international contexts such as ACT Asian Culture Center, Sonar Barcelona, Les Bains Numerique, ADAF, Ohm Berlin, RomaEuropa Festival, and are featured on the most important curated digital art platforms such as Sedition, Artpoint, Artscloud, NIIO, ReasonedArt, Framed*.

He is also a professor of Multimedia Composition at the Vivaldi Conservatory in Alessandria, Sound and Media Design at the European Institute of Design in Rome, and in the past at UNIRSM and several other institutions, schools and universities
